In a significant step towards digital transformation, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Almeria has inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) for the adoption of the Electronic Human Resource Management System (eHRMIS).

The ceremonial signing took place on September 13, 2024, at the Annex Hall of the Almeria Municipal Building. In attendance were key officials from both institutions, including Mayor Richard D. Jaguros, Liga nga mga Barangay President Jasmin T. Jaguros, Vice-Mayor Marygie E. Tacoy, Department Heads, other LGU Almeria Officials and employees, DSSC College President Dr. Augie E. Fuentes, and DSSC Chief Administrative and Finance Officer Dr. Luciano D. Nasibog.

The eHRMIS, a comprehensive HR management system, will be adopted by LGU Almeria as part of its commitment to improving efficiency, transparency, and compliance with the four pillars of PRIME-HRM. The system offers a range of modules, including ePDS, Document Management System, Travel Order, Payroll, Resource Management, SPMS, Clearance, RSP, IDP, Leave Application, eDTR, and Rewards and Recognition.

This partnership is expected to streamline HR processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and contribute to the overall development of LGU Almeria.
