The Local Government Unit of Almeria has successfully concluded a three-day Electronic Human Resource Management Information System (eHRMIS) Capability Building training. The event, held in partnership with Davao del Sur State College (DSSC), aimed to equip Almeria officials and employees with the knowledge and skills to utilize the eHRMIS effectively.
The eHRMIS, a comprehensive HR management system, will be adopted by LGU Almeria as part of its commitment to ease of doing business, digitalization, and compliance with the four pillars of PRIME-HRM. The system includes modules such as ePDS, Document Management System, Travel Order, Payroll, Resource Management, SPMS, Clearance, RSP, IDP, Leave Application, eDTR, and Rewards and Recognition.
